Waymark

Terms of Use

Effective 6 October 2026

The short version. Waymark is a planning and motivation tool. Its plans and coach answers are written by an AI and can be wrong. They are not medical, health, nutrition, financial, legal or career advice. You decide what you do, and you can cancel your subscription any time.

1. Using Waymark

By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). Use Waymark only for lawful, personal goals.

2. AI-generated content

Routes, timelines, tasks, check-in suggestions and coach replies are generated by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) from what you enter. They are general suggestions, may contain mistakes, and don't know your full situation. Always use your own judgement.

3. Not professional advice

4. Subscriptions and free trial

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Waymark to plan anything harmful or illegal, to harass others, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may limit or stop access for misuse.

6. Your content

Your goals and messages belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Waymark running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features. If these terms change in an important way, we'll tell you in the app.

8. Liability

Waymark is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

9. Apple

If you got Waymark from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
